Nini Krever officially entered the scrap paper business in July 1980, and with the passing of her father that same month, took over the operations of Traders International, an export brokerage business based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Nini does not play golf nor does she drink, (much) but likes to connect with the people who are valuable to her business. As a result she started the NAPW early in 1988 after several years of realizing that important contacts were being missed but relationships could be developed at alternate venues. NAPW became a "home" for information sharing, professional development and education for women and men, off the golf course, out of the bar.      Nini has been active within the PSI chapter of ISRI serving as the first woman on the executive board and eventually president of the association. She currently serves on the PSI board as convention chair and past president. Nini has been on the ISRI board for 10 years and has recently been named chair of the Member Services committee of ISRI, which marks the first time a paper representative of ISRI has been appointed as chair of a National Committee.
