SCHOLARSHIP PRESENTATION
Our second event in Canada during the CPPA doubled in size since last year! The first Canadian Scholarship check from the NAPW Charitable Foundation was presented to Dr. Luc Laperriere of the University of Quebec at Three Rivers. He expressed the gratitude of the school and explained that our scholarship will go to a student in their Masters program thus assuring that the student will be committed to a career in our industry. They will name the successful candidate at their Foundation meeting this November. Dr. Laperriere expressed his desire to have the student attend our event in Montreal next January to thank us personally! The attendees were enthusiastic about the NAPW and expressed an interest in joining as members and donating to our scholarship fund. Pictures of the event will soon be posted on our website, so please check it out at www.napw.org ********************************************* OUR NEXT EVENT
