Marianne Whipple has been in the recycling business for over 20 years, beginning her career as an accountant/computer programmer for a local recycler. She then found that buying and selling paper was much more interesting than crunching numbers or writing computer programs for a living. Her experience in the industry includes accounting, procurement and inside sales for 15 years, and sales / brokerage for the last 8 years with Canusa Hershman Recycling Co.      When not at work, Marianne is learning to golf-- she also enjoys gardening, entertaining, photography and is an avid walker. She and her husband live outside of the Buffalo, NY area.      "I look forward to working with a dynamic group of women on the board to further the wonderful work our association and charitable foundation does within our industry."
